Consequences without exploitation.
Criminal mechanics stay abstract. Minors are protected. Lethal outcomes require consent or informed risk. Gambling has no cash-out. Historical oppression requires context and review. AI cannot punish players.

The Life Engine is not an emergency service. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a trusted local person. Use blocking and reporting for in-game protection, and do not rely on the game for medical, legal, or crisis advice.
Messaging, presence, party invitations, trades, and competitive contact have separate permissions. Blocking removes direct contact in both directions. Reports preserve the details needed for review. Private accessibility and identity disclosures are not made public by default.
Crime, conflict, politics, illness, and financial loss are simulated at an abstract level. The game does not provide operational instructions for wrongdoing. Chance systems use fictional currency only, have no cash-out, and provide limits, cool-offs, and self-exclusion.
New characters begin with protected mortality under their World Rules. Permanent death, succession, retirement, and archived history must follow the World’s disclosed rules and player protections. Alpha resets are separate World-level operations with backup and confirmation controls.
Automated tools may help flag or organize evidence, but AI does not issue final punishments. Protective action can be immediate; durable sanctions require recorded reasons and support an appeal where available. Staff access to sensitive evidence is bounded and auditable.
