Logan Pendragon Forge operates The Life Engine and controls the personal information described in this Policy. Privacy requests may be submitted through Support using the data category.
We collect account name, email address, password hash, age-and-permission confirmation, character and profile choices, privacy and accessibility preferences, player messages and creations, support requests, safety reports, appeals, and any information you choose to place in forms. Never send a password, payment credential, government identifier, or unnecessary sensitive information.
We store characters, World membership, actions, transactions, relationships, organizations, public history, moderation records, consent choices, device/session security records, approximate technical logs, and timestamps. Public or community-scoped choices can be visible to other players; private identity, accessibility, and support details remain restricted by their stated scope.
We use information to create and secure accounts; run and synchronize Worlds; save progress; provide multiplayer, accessibility, support, moderation, fraud prevention, recovery, and account export; diagnose failures; measure and improve the game; enforce rules; and comply with law. We do not use an AI model as the authority for punishments or permanent game-state decisions.
Depending on where you live, processing is based on performing the service you requested, legitimate interests in security and improvement, compliance with law, protection of players, and consent for optional analytics or communications. You can withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
We share information only with hosting, infrastructure, security, analytics, communication, and support providers that help operate the service; with professional advisers; during a lawful business transfer; when you direct us to publish or share it; or when law, safety, or rights protection reasonably requires it. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Essential cookies keep you signed in, protect forms, remember security state, and provide requested settings. Optional analytics runs only after you choose Allow analytics in the cookie notice. See the Cookie Notice for details and controls.
Account and active World records are kept while the account and applicable World remain active. Security, support, safety, transaction, and shared-history records may be retained longer when needed for integrity, appeals, legal duties, or the rights of other players. Routine operational logs and completed job evidence are automatically bounded where configured. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed.
Passwords are hashed, protected fields are encrypted where implemented, access is role-bounded, and backups and recovery checks protect continuity. No online system is perfectly secure. Report suspected account compromise through Support and change the affected password promptly.
The service is not available to children under 13. Players aged 13 or older who are not legally able to agree on their own must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. A guardian may contact Support to ask about, correct, or delete a minor’s account information, subject to reasonable identity and authority verification.
You can edit many profile and visibility settings in the game. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, export, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent, and may appeal a denied privacy request. California residents may also request to know, correct, delete, opt out of sale or sharing, and limit certain sensitive-information uses; we do not sell or share personal information for behavioral advertising. Submit requests through Support.
The service and its providers may process information in the United States and other locations with different data-protection laws. Appropriate contractual or legal safeguards are used when required. Material Policy changes will be dated and posted here.
